1. Eligibility for Returns

You can request a return if:

  • You received a damaged or defective product
  • You received the wrong item or size
  • The product delivered is incomplete or missing items

To be eligible for a return:

  • The request must be raised within 7 days of delivery
  • The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with tags intact

2. How to Request a Return

Include your order number, reason for return, and clear photos (if the item is damaged or incorrect).

3. Return Process

  • Once approved, we will arrange a pickup from your location.
  • After the product is received and inspected, we will notify you of the return status.
  • Approved returns will be processed as a replacement or refund, based on your preference.

4. Refund Policy

  • If eligible, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days after product inspection.
  • In case of Cash on Delivery orders, refunds will be made via bank transfer or UPI.
  • Shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error from our side.

5. Non-Returnable Items

  • Customized or altered products
  • Used, washed, or damaged items (not due to delivery issues)
  • Products returned without original packaging or tags
